Final days of London

We're back stateside after a wonderful time in the UK and Spain. We're honestly finding re-entry a little hard as we had such a super time with family and friends. I'm going to try and catch up and post some pictures of the last few weeks. It was a very busy time with lots of friends and family to visit, with lots of traveling, too. Before we headed off on our travels, though, we did get to enjoy London in the sun (we had a very damp beginning). We had a nice trek to Covent Garden and then walked through the city a little bit to soak up the city atmosphere.

On the final Saturday, and on one of the nicest weather days, we were able to enjoy the boats available at Regent's Park. Charlie was not quite so sure of it all and wanted very much to help me row... which was not a good idea.

Afterward the boys enjoyed the many playgrounds within the park.

With Charlie giving me a heart attack almost every 5 seconds as he climbed on the structure with the big kiddos.

On the final Sunday in London, Rich's brother, sister-in-law and kids drove down to see us for the day. We met at Kew Gardens and had a lovely time. Raf adored his cousins Gabriel and Rafe.

I had to leave early to attend a final goodbye work event, but Rich stayed on with the boys but then had to trek back from Kew Gardens with two tired boys. A really nice time.
